To use Monster VPN-Fast Stable Proxy (the "Software") and the Services, you shall read and comply with our Software Licensing and Services Agreement (the "Agreement"). Carefully read, fully understand the terms, especially those that exempt or restrict liability, and a separate agreement for the opening or use of a service, and choose to accept or not. Your download, installation, use, login, etc. shall be deemed to have read and agreed to the above agreement.

If you are under the age of 18, please read this Agreement and other above agreements with your legal guardian and pay special attention to the terms of minor use.

Scope of this Agreement

This Agreement is an agreement between you and us regarding your download, installation, use, and replication of the software, and regarding the use of our related services.

Access to Software

You can obtain this software directly from our website or from a third party authorized by us. If you obtain the software from a third party without our authorization or the same installer with the same name as the software, we cannot guarantee that the software will be used normally and will not be responsible for the loss caused to you.

Software updates

You understand and agree that we have the right to push, display advertising or promote information to you in the course of providing services to you. 3. You fully understand and agree that you must be responsible for all your actions, including anything that you have published and any consequences arising therefrom. You shall judge the content in the Service by yourself and bear all risks arising from the use of the content, including risks arising from reliance on the correctness, integrity, or practicality of the content. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the foregoing risks.

4. You understand and agree that we have the right to reasonable judgment for violation of relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement, to illegal any user to take appropriate legal action, and keep relevant information according to relevant laws and regulations to the relevant departments, etc., the user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom alone.

Intellectual Property Statement

We are the intellectual property right holder of this Software. All the software copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights, as well as the software related information (including but not limited to text, pictures, audio, video, charts, interface design, layout framework, relevant data or electronic documents, etc.) are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the corresponding international treaties, we enjoy the intellectual property rights, except the relevant rights holders in accordance with the law. For any commercial or non-commercial purpose, you may not execute, utilize or transfer the above intellectual property rights to any sole or sole third party without the written consent of us or the relevant right holders.

Third-Party Software or Technology

1.The Software may use third-party software or technology (including the open source code and public domain code that may be used by the Software, the same below), and such use has been legally authorized.

2.If the software uses the software or technology of a third party, we may display the relevant agreements or other documents, in accordance with relevant regulations or agreements, through attachments to this Agreement, packaged in the software installation package, or through open source software page, which may be expressed in "Software Use License Agreement", "License Agreement", "Open source code License" or other forms. The foregoing relevant agreements, other documents and web pages presented in various forms are all integral parts of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as this Agreement, and you shall comply with these requirements. If you fail to comply with these requirements, the third party or state authority may file a suit, fine or impose other sanctions on you and ask us for assistance, and you shall bear your own legal responsibility.

3.Any dispute arising from the third-party software or technology used by the Software shall be settled by the third-party, and we shall not assume any responsibility. We do not provide customer service support for third-party software or technology. If you need any support, please contact a third party.

Other

For your use of the Software, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. We have the right to amend the terms of this Agreement if necessary. You can review the terms of the agreement in the latest version of this software. After the terms of this Agreement are changed, if you continue to use the Software, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified Agreement. If you do not accept the modified agreement, you should stop using the software.
